The story of my practice 

For a long time I struggled to find a external Supervisor who was highly professional, sector experienced and relaxed in approach. Because of this experience I made it a career goal to become this Supervisor for others. 

The journey has been a fulfilling and through 8 years of being an independent supervisor I realise that Supervision Aotearoa is not just about a dedication to my own clients base but a larger sector investment. That involves linking individuals to supervision that is meaningful, purposeful and professional.
